Her practice began with rigorous academic training in drawing, oil painting, Chinese ink, printmaking, mixed media, structure, color, and representation. In 2019, she turned decisively toward watercolor, using its transparency, fluidity, and irreversibility to move from technical mastery toward a more open inquiry into presence, time, and transformation.

她的创作道路始于严格的学院训练，涵盖素描、油画、中国画、版画、综合材料、结构、色彩与造型。2019年，她明确转向水彩，并以水彩的透明性、流动性与不可逆性，将技术训练推进为关于存在、时间与转化的开放性研究。

Her philosophical concepts do not precede the paintings as explanations to be illustrated. They arise from encounters with watercolor, light, places, materials, and lived experience; once articulated, they return to the studio as questions for the next stage of painting. Practice and thought therefore generate and correct one another.

她的哲学概念并非先于绘画、再由作品加以说明。概念从水彩、光、场所、材料与生命经验的相遇中产生；在被表达之后，它们又返回工作室，成为下一阶段绘画需要面对的问题。实践与思想由此相互生成、相互校正。

Within this reciprocal process, softness is not passivity or retreat. It names a capacity to receive pressure, preserve relation, adjust without erasing difference, and sustain life through change. The framework remains accountable to what painting reveals, resists, or disproves.

在这一往返过程中，“柔性”并非被动或退让，而是承受压力、维系关系、在不抹平差异的前提下调节，并使生命在变化中延续的能力。理论始终需要接受绘画经验的检验、修正与反证。
